Refund & Replacement Policy

At Flower Buds, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure quality checks before dispatching orders. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to offer a replacement or a refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • We provide replacements for damaged or defective items.
  • Refunds are offered only if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Customers must request a refund or replacement on the same day of delivery with valid proof.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund or replacement.

2. Conditions for Return

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, labels, and proof of purchase.
  • The return request will be processed only after verifying the submitted proof (photos and videos).
  • The courier slip must be provided when returning the product.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for reasons other than damage or defects.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product is not a valid reason for a refund or replacement.
  • Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable.

4. Processing Time

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the replacement or refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
